Directions
Dosage and method of administration:
- Adults - 1 tablespoon, 3 times a day
- Children - 1 teaspoon, 3 times a day
- For Sore Throat or Tonsillitis-Dilute with water and gargle
For a daily immune boost:
- Adults - 1 tablespoon, once per day
- Children - 1 teaspoon, once per day
