Directions

1 CAPSULE A DAY
1 capsule a day supports a healthy balanced diet. Higher doses can be tolerated well, but never take more than 2 if you experience any side effects.

BEST WITHOUT FOOD
Iron is best absorbed on an empty stomach. Pair your supplement with a small glass of orange juice for improved absorption. Avoid caffeine or foods containing calcium for 3 hours - before or after.

ANYTIME
Gentle Iron can be taken anytime of the day. Try to take it at the same time everyday to build up a regular routine.
