BLACK COHOSH (Arctium lappa) - There is substantial evidence from modern clinical trials confirming the traditional uses of black cohosh for treating premenstrual tension and other gynecological issues.2 It is one of the herbs approved by the German Commission E, which approved use of the root for premenstrual discomfort, dysmenorrhea or climacteric (perimenopausal or postmenopausal) neurovegetative ailments. RED CLOVER (Trifolium pratense) - Red Clover is indicated to support a variety of symptoms related to menopause including, insomnia, night sweats, vaginal dryness, hot flashes, painful intercourse, and fatigue. LICORICE ROOT (Glycyrrhiza glabra) - Licorice is indicated to use with a variety of gastric upsets including flatulence, bloating, nausea, vomiting, dyspepsia, and reflux disorders. It has shown to be supportive as a phytoestrogenic therapy that can help regulate estrogen levels by mitigating premenstrual symptoms through decreasing the hormone levels that contribute to symptoms like irritability and abdominal pain.

DAMIANA (Turnera diffusa) - Damiana is indicated to support depressed conditions of the mind and body, sluggishness, insomnia, and anxiety. It has also been used to remedy conditions such as herpes, premenstrual symptoms, acne, headaches, constipation, for a suppressed appetite, and as a general mood enhancer.

NETTLE (Urtica dioica) - Nettle is indicated to support alopecia, or the loss of hair in both male and females, by blocking the production of DHT, which is the hormone responsible for this action.


Shake well before use. Place 1 serving under the tongue for 30 seconds to 1 minute then swallow.
