BLACK COHOSH (Arctium lappa) - There is substantial evidence from modern clinical trials confirming the traditional uses of black cohosh for treating premenstrual tension and other gynecological issues.2 It is one of the herbs approved by the German Commission E, which approved use of the root for premenstrual discomfort, dysmenorrhea or climacteric (perimenopausal or postmenopausal) neurovegetative ailments. Black Cohosh is used as primary remedy for rheumatism and myalgic pain

RED CLOVER (Trifolium pratense) - Red Clover is indicated to support a variety of symptoms related to menopause including, insomnia, night sweats, vaginal dryness, hot flashes, painful intercourse, and fatigue. Studies suggest that it is the isoflavones that contribute most to the therapeutic effect of Red Clover during this hormonal change.

LICORICE ROOT (Glycyrrhiza glabra) - Licorice is indicated to use with a variety of gastric upsets including flatulence, bloating, nausea, vomiting, dyspepsia, and reflux disorders. It is used to support liver diseases4, urinary infections, and respiratory distress due to coughing, a sore throat, or congestion.

RED RASPBERRY LEAF (Rubus idaeus) - Raspberry leaf is indicated to support a variety of female body complications including normalizing the menstrual cycle and blood flow, mitigating the pains from spasmodic cramping, and it can be used tonically to support the overall health of the uterus.

CHASTEBERRY (Vitex agnus-castus) - Chasteberry is indicated to support the regulation of the menstrual cycle, menopausal symptoms, and fertility issues. It has shown to be supportive as a phytoestrogenic therapy that can help regulate estrogen levels by mitigating premenstrual symptoms through decreasing the hormone levels that contribute to symptoms like irritability and abdominal pain.

DAMIANA (Turnera diffusa) - Damiana is indicated to support depressed conditions of the mind and body, sluggishness, insomnia, and anxiety. It has also been used to remedy conditions such as herpes, premenstrual symptoms, acne, headaches, constipation, for a suppressed appetite, and as a general mood enhancer.

MOTHERWORT (Leonurus cardiaca) - Motherwort has been indicated to support those with painful cramping associated with menstruation. It may also be helpful with decreasing hot flashes, relieving anxiety and depression, to protect the heart by lowering blood pressure and promoting healthy circulation; and to mitigate unwanted symptoms from stress such as heart palpitations and sweats

NETTLE (Urtica dioica) - Nettle is indicated to support alopecia, or the loss of hair in both male and females, by blocking the production of DHT, which is the hormone responsible for this action.
