We can’t give dosage information as Gold is not a registered food supplement. However we can tell you that many of our customers use Colloidal Gold to reduce anxiety, and inflammation of the joints, and take approximately 5ml each day, which is roughly a teaspoon full.

Colloidal Gold liquid is red and available in a 250ml bottle.
