NETTLE LEAF (Urtica dioica): Nettle is indicated to support alopecia, or the loss of hair in both male and females, by blocking the production of DHT, which is the hormone responsible for this action. 

CHASTEBERRY (Vitex agnus-castus): Chasteberry is indicated to support the regulation of the menstrual cycle, menopausal symptoms, and fertility issues. It has shown to be supportive as a phytoestrogenic therapy that can help regulate estrogen levels by mitigating premenstrual symptoms through decreasing the hormone levels that contribute to symptoms like irritability and abdominal pain.

CRAMP BARK (Viburnum opulus): Cramp bark is indicated for use with muscular cramping with heat patterns present, systemic inflammation, fevers, asthmatic symptoms, to prevent abortion, and to soothe false labor pains or Braxton Hicks contractions. 

VALERIAN ROOT (Valeriana officinalis): The British Herbal Pharmacopoeia recognizes Valerian as a spasmolytic and relaxant used to remedy migraines, intestinal colic, rheumatic pains, restlessness and insomnia, and dysmenorrhea. It is also used to encourage delayed or uncomfortable menstrual cycles, to relieve painful cramping, and sooth both mental and physical tension.

Directions

Shake well before use. Place 1 serving under the tongue for 30 seconds to 1 minute then swallow.
