Soursop Leaf Tea (for Digestion, Sleep, or Blood Sugar Support)
- Rinse 2–3 fresh leaves (approx. 1g) from our 50-gram pouch.
- Boil 250 mL of water to 194°F (90°C). Add leaves and steep for 7–10 minutes.
- Strain and sip 1–2 cups daily.
