Benefits
For healing wounds – Propolis contains a particular flavonoid that acts as an antifungal. One study found that propolis can help victims of burns heal their wounds faster by encouraging new skin cell growth
To calm cold sores – Propolis both reduces the amount of herpes virus in the body as well as protecting against future outbreaks. The study in this case found that when propolis was used three times a day, cold sores disappeared faster than those who didn’t take it.
For the prevention and complementary treatment of certain cancers – Some of the anti-cancerous qualities of propolis are reported as being: keeping cancerous cells from multiplying and reducing the likelihood of cells becoming cancerous in the first place
To strengthen the immune system against colds – When taken in the winter months, the antimicrobial properties of propolis helps to smother bacteria in the respiratory tract, just as it does in the beehive.

Directions
For adults 30 drops 2-3 times per day.
The recommended daily consumption (90 drops) of 81mg of propolis phenolic compounds (NRV* indeterminate).

Ingredients
Ethanolic Propolis Tincture of 10%. Containing 65% Ethanol.
Store in a cool dark space (less than 25 °C), and keep out of the reach and sight of children. Propolis Spray is not safe for people who are allergic to the product components. Avoid clothing, may stain.
