The coconut originated from Asia, like many of The Good Guru’s natural finds. It has long been used in cooking and sets the bar high with its super health benefits. Its rise to stardom lately is due to the coconut being among foods classed as ‘superfoods’ because of its healing and restorative properties; essential post-workout food! Coconut is antiviral, antimicrobial and antifungal (which destroys a wide variety of disease-causing organisms).
Coconut is also highly nutritious and rich in fibre, which helps with fat metabolism, aiding in weight loss. Rich in Vitamin C (essential for repair of tissue) E, B1, B2, B5 and B6, calcium for bone health, iron, magnesium and phosphorous for muscles.
We use high-grade non-GMO Coconut Milk Powder within our blend. Directions
Mix 33g (approx 3 scoops) with 250ml of water or nut based milk (unsweetened)
