Ordered this after my rough & tumble 3 year old son cut his face badly on my glass tv unit needed one butterfly stitch 10 days later. we have been using it for several months now, as my daughter has a problem with her eye (the eyelid got some kind of blockage and it swelled up...we were prescribed an antibiotic, but it didn't help). After consultation with you, we make compresses with silver water and apply this cream. The result is great.
