A pure and nutritious oil derived from the freshly pressed seeds of the Nigella Sativa plant, which can be ingested or applied topically to both skin and hair to tackle dry, itchy, and scaly skin. Our oil contains 1.3% - 2% Thymoquinone (the most important component) than most black seed oils.

Directions
For adults - take 1 teaspoon, twice per day
